Do I need to book an appointment for a tile selection?
Yes, we require you book an appointment with us for your selection.
Mon - Fri 9:30am - 3:30pm
Saturday 8:30am - 1:30pm
What should I bring to my selection?
To help your selection run smoother, we encourage clients to bring any colour samples from previous appointments they have completed e.g. kitchen. Photos of the desired look you want to achieve will also assist in your selection process. Our consultants however, will coordinate tile colours, textures together and make this an enjoyable experience to give you an overall look and colour scheme for your new home.
What should I expect at my selection?
On your selection day, one of our colour consultants will go through the T&C's with you and answer any questions you may have before you begin. Once all agreements have been signed, your appointment will begin. The consultant will ask you which area you would like to start, main floor, bathrooms etc, showing you all the tiles you have in each range, and giving his/her professional opinion when needed. Our consultants are here to assist you with making this an enjoyable experience, so you won't be alone during your appointment. Your consultant will only show you tiles that are in your range, unless you are wanting to upgrade.
How long does a selection typically go for?
We allow 1.5 hours per selection. We allocate time slots which ensures you'll have your consultants full attention for the full 1.5 hours.
If you go over time we do charge $50 per hour. Which is why we encourage you to bring samples from previous appointments and to come into our showroom before hand just to have a brief idea of what is in your range.
Quoting and Upgrades?
During your selection, you have have a choice of upgrading from the standard selection that is apart of your package. The consultant will always let you know what is an upgrade.
*Quoting can take up to 2 weeks due to high demand.
Stock availability and discontinued tiles?
In the unfortunate event that a tile you have selected has been discontinued or is out of stock, we will call to inform you.
What if I change my mind after my selection?
If you change your mind and want to change what you have selected, you will firstly have to contact your builder and ask them to confirm with us that you can proceed. Please note we do charge a reselection fee for change of mind, so preparing for your selection is important.
